Mood Boards & 3D

Mood Boards:

Mood Board/Design Boards are a great tool to show visual representation of a house, a room, or an area. These Boards can include materials such as flooring, paint colors, lighting, cabinets, granite, furniture, accessories and much more. Interior Designers, such as myself, design these boards specific to each client’s needs… while they can be time-consuming for the Designer, the Boards offer an important role for the client (and the Designer) to “see” the function, and beauty of their (potential) space.

3D Tour:

The 3D tour is a wonderful tool to help the client “see” the view, vibe & flow of their (potential) space. The 3D tour pricing varies based on the detail and complexity and how detailed the minutia the client desires. The more details required, the more CAD/Drafting is required of me and therefore, the more expensive. My “Basic” 3D tour is the least expensive.  All 3D tours include a Dollhouse View & and 3D Walkthrough.

Pricing for Mood Boards & 3D Tour Package:

Package1: Minimum Interior Design Service; prices start at $300/room:  Example: I create Mood/Design Boards to provide you a visual presentation. This package includes the initial Consultation and the “Basic” 3D Tour. (This package does not include material sourcing.)

I can also source the materials for an additional fee.

Q: What is the difference between “Basic” 3D and “Detailed” 3D?

A: Basic 3D Tour is as follows: A very raw drafting of a floorplan which includes 3D Dollhouse & Walkthrough Views. This floorplan typically is not to scale; windows, doors, etc will not be sized nor placed accurately nor will it include the materials from the Mood/Design Board. The purpose of the Basic 3D Tour is to provide the client a general feel of flow. The Basic 3D Tour is the least expensive.

A: Detailed 3D Tour is as follows: This is full CAD/Drafting of a project. It will be to scale and most materials included  will be accurate. The Detailed 3D Tour is more expensive.
