Client In Fountain Hills

I enjoyed staging this beautiful Fountain Hills home. The architecture of this home is a Frank-Lloyd Wright-inspired Mid-Century design. The grey block walls, aggregate stone walls, Clerestory windows, flagstone floors and tons of natural light flooding the home lends itself to being very unique and authentically mid-century. However, while truly stunning in character & details, the home felt cold and a bit masculine. So part of the challenge of this Staging project was to warm up the space a bit. Additional challenges were: the homeowner’s budget, the staging rental company had limited selection of mid-century modern furniture and we only had 2 days to complete the project. Given the above constraints, I think it turned out beautifully.

At this bottom of this page are the Before and After Pictures of the project.
